1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or otherwise using the sweet99 platform — including its website, mobile web application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform") — you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

sweet99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, residency, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on sweet99, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual natural person may maintain only one (1) active registered account on sweet99. The minimum deposit amount on sweet99 is ₱50. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. sweet99 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. sweet99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your sweet99 account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal);
• You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your sweet99 account;

Depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager, or engaging in structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sweet99 offers various promotional bonuses, welcome packages, free credit awards, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and the following general conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;

6. Gameplay Rules

By placing wagers on sweet99, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Finality of Results: The outcome of all games on sweet99 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the live dealer draw in real time. • Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, sweet99 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: void any winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, suspend or permanently terminate the account, and/or report the conduct to relevant Philippine authorities including the AMLC, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sweet99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and design elements — is the property of sweet99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any sweet99 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorization;

9. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes — you accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that sweet99 makes no guarantee of winnings.

Where sweet99's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sweet99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, though sweet99 makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform uptime and security.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

sweet99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by sweet99

• Engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;

In the event of termination for cause, sweet99 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your sweet99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

Nothing in this clause limits sweet99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any intellectual property infringement, fraud, or breach of confidentiality.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sweet99 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sweet99 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — which may include displaying a notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address, or publishing an updated version of these Terms with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the sweet99 Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.2.
